Sub 3 Hour Marathon attempt

The project
I am undertaking an assault on aiming to go Sub 3 hours in the Marathon for the first time.
My Half Marathon PB is 1;22:59 on a course which was not entirely flat compared to my previous best which was 1;23:35 in Barcelona last February which was completely flat.
So I know I have what it takes and have it in me to go Sub 3. I will also be undertaking the Barcelona Half Marathon again this February as a warm up for the Manchester Marathon in April.
